Tony Rizzo in for Rome

Tony did a "Jungle like" show today. He started by asking for a "Quad Yeah", and got it!

He talked about the British Open, the LeBron saga, some NFL, and even got to Kyle Brandt's upcoming wedding and Kyle Moss' DJ website.

Early E mails

Brian in Syracuse got in with a reference to the strong winds at the British Open, "Weather affects the golfers at the British Open. Signed, Jerome Bettis is from Detroit."   ...as well as...


"Dear Rizzo,
We can't wait to see Cleveland next year. Signed, the NBA Lottery."

When the Cats away...

"War Bums" E mails got through today and the "Carl in Rosemead" call got replayed. After the clip, Tony asked, "...Am I a bad person because I still think that's funny?"

- "War bums using licorice as straws"

- "War bums using lobster shells as athletic cups" (Tony did give this one a buzzer.)

Kyle Brandt's Upcoming Wedding

It is set for September.

E mails came in saying "Little Alvie" would be the ring bearer.

Tony asked KB to come on air. J. Stew came on and said Kyle had stepped out of the LA studio. Tony said, "...J. Stew...wooden and laconic as ever."  J. Stew said a lot of beautiful people would be at the wedding and, therefore, he (J. Stew) should "fit in good". 

An E mail came in saying, "Of course J. Stew will be at the wedding. Who else is going to tear KB's tuxedo sleeves off?"

KB did come on later. Tony asked him about the entertainment at the wedding. Kyle said he was having a wedding singer. Then the clip of J. Stew singing "Better Man" was played.

E mail on the subject: "...Dear Kyle, forget the wedding. Forward us the menu for the reception. Signed, the Southern Sando."

Moss Mobile Music

With all the music and wedding talk, Kyle Moss' DJ efforts were brought up. He said his website was weak. (www.mossmobilemusic.com)

Tony Rizzo asked a lot of questions about it while giving Kyle a hard time. They joked, "Moss Mobile Music is described as 'killer'."
