Vic in NoCal 

The Smack Off Champ made an appearance by E mail today. He compared the "will he or won't he" yearly drama of Brett Favre to Iafrate and whether he would or would not have called for this years Smack Off. Also, he dropped his new moniker: "Broadway Vic".

Callers

Monroe in Milwaukee

   For a third day in a row, Monroe got on the show! He said of the Bucks, "We got punched twice....I'll own that."  He also called on Rome to outlaw scripts when it comes to callers. And for some reason...he warred his mom.

Jay Mohr

   Jay came in for the first time since the Smack Off. 

I have to say, "What's going on here?!"  Jay gave Vic props for being an active champ!  Also, Jay joked about Phillies pitcher Jaime Moyer's age (47). Jay as Jamie, "Huh?...Want some hard candy? I got a lot of change in my pocket."

Richard in Las Vegas

   This caller came in with a straight take on horse racing and a thank you to Jim for all he's done for the sport.

Mike in Albuquerque

   Mike is the guy with the full body tattoo of Jim Rome on his leg. He came in and told us about the weekly one hour radio show he's got on 610am the Sports Animal in Albuquerque. Mike just had Vic in NoCal on his show Friday to talk about his Smack Off win. (That interview covered in this blog in Sunday's posting.) 

Jason Bourne vs John McClane

The discussion started with Jim saying he saw part of one of the Bourne movies over the weekend and he thought he saw Bourne driving a Merkur XR4ti. It somehow got to who would win a fight between Jason Bourne and

John MClane. Jim said despite his personal preference of having a beer with McClane, John would not last two minutes in Jason Bourne's world!
