Jim Rome Clone Report by Greg in Sun Valley

Today on the Show

More reaction to Brett Favre took place. He had a press conference and Jim Rome and others reacted throughout the show. "The jig is up, Brett" was Jim's first response. Repeating that we never really know who athletes or other public figures are, Jim spoke further on Brett. He said Brett was trying to make people think he had just "jumped off his tractor and was just some Wrangler wearing, ball loving fool who'd play the game for free. Nothing could be further from the truth. One of the biggest reasons you're coming back is for the 12 mil the Vikings are supposed to pay you this season."
Most Packer fan callers, E mailers, and texters were angry. A few weren't.

Guests

Santana Moss, Redskins wide receiver ( insightful interview with anecdotes about his life now as well as his time at "The U")

Cris Collinsworth, NBC football. (Gave his take on Brett Favre and some other things)

Sally Jenkins, Washington Post (spoke about Tiger Woods and the PGA)

Mystery

Jay Mohr came on in the 3rd hour and talked about J. Stew's performance on the set of Gary Unmarried yesterday. He said Stew played a Surgeon. After Jay got off Jim asked J. Stew about this. We didn't hear the answer on air and Jim went on to something else. So, was he playing a sports talk show host or a surgeon???
