Jim Rome Clone Report

Rick Pitino remained a big topic on the show. He had a press conference where he referred to the difficulties he went through losing poople on 9/11/2001. First Jim Rome felt Pitino was comparing his losses then to his situation now. Some e-mailers wrote in suggesting Pitino was saying 9/11 led to a downward spiral in his life that may have contributed to his actions 6 years ago that were made public recently. Either way, Rome felt it was wrong and inappropriate to invoke 9/11. Jim called the press conference "bizarre".

Also, one of Jim's horses, Hot N' Dusty, goes from last to first to win at Del Mar.
